About the Artists
Linda Williams
Now retired in Fredericksburg, Texas, Linda Williams has spent more than three decades exploring a variety of creative outlets. With a strong background in flute performance and a master’s degree in music, she has also enjoyed expressing her creativity through pottery and calligraphy.
For years, her pottery remained quietly stored away until her son, Daniel, rediscovered the collection and encouraged her to share it. Hesitant at first, Linda agreed, and the idea of displaying her ceramics alongside the art of Daniel’s wife, Amber, led to the founding of Williams Art Studio.
The studio’s logo pays tribute to Linda’s love of sheep and reflects a local touch as well, since San Angelo is known for its porcelain sheep sculptures. Linda’s work embodies the same warmth, care, and quiet creativity that inspired the studio’s beginnings.
Amber Williams
Based in San Angelo, Texas, Amber Williams has a background in flute performance and a master’s degree in Accounting. When she isn’t working with numbers, Amber is exploring and creating alongside her husband, Daniel. Her creative life is filled with musical notes, resin, paint, and words. Whether she is playing her flute, working on another creation with her resin, painting a beautiful picture, or writing a novel, Amber enjoys creating.
Her adventures aren't limited to the pages though - she and her husband enjoy traveling and hiking as well. In fact, some of her paintings are inspired by his photography. Amber's art reflects her curiosity, imagination, and love of discovering new ideas and places.
